Counselling for success

Richard Branson says, “Find good people and set them free.”

If only we had the luxury. Most of us would just settle for employees who did as they were told. But not all employees are ignorant, unwilling or lazy. Many want to work smarter and harder but don’t know how. Counselling is a critical management tool with which to engage your employees and improve performance and behaviour.

There are legal and psychological pitfalls, but whether you are encouraging passion or correcting behaviour you can reap the rewards of more focused employees who understand their role and share your passion.  Find out how as we discuss the five steps in the counselling process.
